Moore is the Senior Manager for Strategic Markets at NEEA. In this role, she
leads the development and delivery of regionally coordinated strategic market
plans in order to maximize regional coordination for NEEA and its regional
stakeholders. These strategic market plans ultimately create energy savings and market
transformation opportunities in key market areas.
has over 12 years of energy efficiency industry experience that includes designing and
managing pilot projects and large-scale energy efficiency programs. Before
joining NEEA in 2013, Emily was Associate Director at Portland Energy
Conservation, Inc. (PECI) and oversaw a portfolio of large commercial
efficiency programs, including programs for commercial new construction, major renovation and existing building commissioning.
She has a Master of Urban
and Regional Planning degree from Portland State University and Bachelor of
Science degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of
Oregon. Emily lives in Portland with her husband and two kids, Lila and Davis,
and loves hiking and backpacking in her spare time.
