Kaylan Dorsch is the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Stakeholder Engagement and Communication team at NEEA. She helps to coordinate efforts between NEEA staff and regional stakeholders. Kaylan supports the quarterly meetings of NEEA’s Regional Portfolio Advisory Committee. She also assists the Stakeholder Relationship Managers and Corporate Communications with special projects and events.


Before joining NEEA, Kaylan spent nearly ten years working in government relations and public affairs. She got her professional start in the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of Policy and Planning, where she helped to coordinate, develop, and monitor major environmental, education, and economic development initiatives. She moved on from state government to manage former Governor Ed Rendell's government consulting firm for five years, while also pursuing a Master's Degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Her sense of adventure and her passion for environmental sustainability led her to Oregon in 2015. She has eagerly embraced Portland as her new home and enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She is an outdoor enthusiast, urban explorer, and social justice advocate.
