Kelly DuLong is the senior manager for NEEA's human resources function. She oversees talent management, benefits and compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development and HR compliance.
Kelly began her career in information technology in the computer risk management office at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since then she held various roles from a real estate agent to a college softball coach. She returned to IT at Freightliner and then at Standard Insurance where she moved into the HR world. Her HR experience includes roles in workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, talent management, and HR management with several local companies.
As a University of Notre Dame grad Kelly roots for the Irish in her spare time and enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband and three children.
