Tamara Anderson is the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Stakeholder Engagement and Communication team at NEEA. She serves as project manager for the strategic and business planning for the 2020 - 2024 funding cycle.  She is also project manager for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Leadership Forum, an annual convening of energy efficiency CEOs/leaders from around the region.  Tamara supports quarterly stakeholder meetings of NEEA’s Regional Portfolio, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Advisory Committees. Tamara also engages staff via twice yearly All Hands meetings. 

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Women’s Studies, with a minor in English from Portland State University. She also holds certificates in Project Management and Strategic Organizational Management from PSU's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE). She also is a certified Project Management Professional via the Project Management Institute.

She’s previously worked as an Industrial Hygiene Administrative Assistant for PBS Engineering + Environmental, as Senior Project Assistant for Energy Trust’s New Buildings program at PECI, and as a residential lighting Project Coordinator at Ecova.

Tamara enjoys making bitters for soda waters or fancy cocktails with ingredients from her garden, and riding her bike to farmer's markets. She also enjoys investigating new hot springs & camping in her vintage trailer, international adventures, and collecting postcards from around the world.
