The region is facing substantial growth in its conservation goals over the next 20 years. More than ever, the region is looking to increase its information sharing, coordination and collaboration efforts to meet these aggressive energy saving goals. NEEA is committed to delivering a variety of services through its newly formed Partner Services department that support its funders and expedite the delivery and adoption of energy efficiency in the Northwest. NEEA will achieve this through the following Partner Services initiatives:

In 2008 and 2009, NEEA and the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) both conducted independent outreach to stakeholders who confirmed that the region is looking to increase its information-sharing, coordination and collaboration to meet the Northwest’s aggressive energy savings goals. Through this outreach, the Northwest expressed a desire for an online resource to help the region in these efforts. Conduit, which is brought to the region by NEEA with additional support from BPA, is an online resource that facilitates information-sharing, coordination and collaboration among energy efficiency professionals in the Northwest by helping these professionals:
- Share best practices
- Discuss current topics
- Collaborate and share documents
- Promote events
- Learn about new technologies
- Network with peers
- Keep up with energy efficiency trends

EFFICIENCY CONNECTIONS NORTHWEST |
In 2010, NEEA collaborated with its utility partners to develop and facilitate the inaugural EFFICIENCY CONNECTIONS NORTHWEST conference. During this two-day event, both local and national energy efficiency experts joined Northwest professionals from more than 20 utilities to collaborate on energy efficiency opportunities and share success stories and best practices. NEEA and the Northwest’s electric utilities will build on the success of this first annual conference in 2011 by once again providing a forum for the Northwest to tap into the collective knowledge and innovation of the energy efficiency community through knowledge-sharing and break-out sessions.
Key Benefits:
- Share and learn energy efficiency best practices
- Learn about new technologies
- Collaborate on energy efficiency opportunities
- Network with peers
