OUR VISION: Energy efficiency is a conerstone of a vibrant sustainable Northwest.

NEEA takes the cost-effectiveness of its initiatives very seriously.  NEEA estimates the cost-effectiveness of its initiatives through the Alliance Cost Effectiveness (ACE) models.  The ACE models include all of the assumptions necessary to forecast aMW savings through an initiative's market transformation period or the time estimated to transform a market. Both the technical forecast and the initiative's cost calculations, help NEEA estimate the cost-effectiveness metrics. The initiative description, along with all of the assumptions and assumption references are provided in a companion document. Below are the ACE models and documentation for all of the ACE models included in NEEA's 2005-2009 Business Plan.
