Collaboration and regional equity are both integral to how NEEA operates. We strive to foster regional dialogue and are committed to continually listening, gathering feedback and quickly responding in an equitable manner to our stakeholders.

In 2008 and 2009, NEEA worked intensively with the region to develop its 2010-2014 Strategic Plan, which was used to inform the creation of NEEA's  2010-2014 Business Plan. This included individual meetings with 58 organizations, more than 200 people taking part in seven regional workshops and 114 people completing an online survey.
