THE OUTREACH PROCESS

Our process was designed to make this a conversation between NEEA and the region. Through a variety of activities, this conversation helped NEEA gather input from a diverse set of stakeholders, including utilities and governments, to advocacy groups and beyond. After listening to our stakeholders via multiple channels including our survey, workshops, and online discussion forums, we posted a draft of the NEEA Strategic Plan. After gathering further input, we have posted the final plan that was approved with the 2010-2014 Business Plan April 23, 2009 by NEEA's Board of Directors.
