Our goal is to increase the availability of new products and services that support energy efficiency in the Northwest.  When possible we support research efforts to help influence the marketplace to more quickly adopt these cost effective new technologies.

Please note that NEEA’s primary focus is on products and services that save energy, are currently available for sale in our region, and that as a category have the potential to fundamentally change a market to sustainably consume less energy. We call this market transformation.

Please submit your ideas and project proposals and we will review them for ways that we can help either through funding a project or some other assistance.  Please note that we currently have limited funds for new 2010 proposals, so we anticipate only projects with superior promise are likely to be accepted.

What is the Process for Submitting an Idea?
Confirm that your idea meets NEEA’s minimum requirements and then complete and submit the proposal application. We will review each proposal and provide feedback to you about its merits for NEEA support and any next steps.  For more information about our review process, please click here.
