About Efficiency Exchange
EFX is the premier networking and learning conference for energy efficiency professionals from across the Northwest brought to you by the Bonneville Power Administration, NEEA and the Northwest Power and Conservation Council. Regional and national attendees from public and private utilities, consulting and research firms, and government and non-profit organizations come together to learn and connect to help the region more effectively achieve its energy efficiency goals.
Conference Safety Information
The EFX Team and the Coeur d'Alene Resort take the safety and well-being of our attendees very seriously. We are actively looking at all aspects of the conference to ensure a safe experience for all attendees.
This includes keeping all conference-sponsored events within the Resort property, providing additional on-site resources such as a dedicated 24-hour security response line, and offering alternative options for participation such as virtual attendance or remote participation in sessions. We are committed to listening to the concerns of our attendees and taking appropriate actions to address them.
EFX24 attendee safety is a priority. If you are staying at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and have a safety concern or immediate security need, please call or text the 24/7 security number at 208-660-7500.

Contractor/Consultant: $995Virtual pricing:
All attendees: $250—includes access to keynotes, select live-streaming sessions, and on-demand streaming of all sessions 48 hours after the conference ends.

Coeur d'Alene Resort (conference hotel)
The EFX24 room block at the conference hotel has sold out as of April 12. You can continue to look online as there may be cancelations as we get closer to the conference date, (reference group block code: NEEA24) or online.
- Parking: $15 per night / $10 day use
- Round trip airport shuttle rate for guests staying at the conference hotel: $59 per person. Add NEEA24 to your hotel confirmation # when reserving shuttle.
