Idaho Energy Code Training and Technical Assistance

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide training, education, and technical assistance for NEEA’s Idaho State residential and commercial energy code support efforts. Training and education of market actors and stakeholders is a key activity of NEEA’s Codes and Standards program to continue to progress building energy codes and increase code compliance in the region.

The selected contractor(s) will be charged with providing technical support and training and education on the Idaho State Energy Code residential and commercial provisions. Activities will include providing technical assistance to address energy code questions and delivering training and education to a broad range of Idaho residential and commercial energy codes stakeholders.

NEEA is soliciting proposals for program support in two Areas of Work. Bidders may respond to one or both Areas of Work listed below.

  1. Idaho State Energy Code Residential and Commercial Provisions Technical Assistance.
  2. Idaho State Energy Code Residential and Commercial Provisions Training, Education and Stakeholder Engagement.

NEEA encourages proposals from all firms with relevant experience, who demonstrate a thorough understanding of Idaho State Energy Codes, and from teams of experienced contractors with a track record of working together to meet or exceed the goals of assigned programs and/or projects.

Intent to Respond form and bidder questions are due electronically by 5pm Pacific Time, December 1, 2021. The deadline for submitting written proposals is no later than 5pm Pacific Time, December 20, 2021.
