In fall 2010, the Northwest Energy Efficiency (NEEA) engaged Market Strategies International (MSI) to conduct a survey to measure stakeholder perceptions of NEEA. Among the 245 respondents who completed the 2010 Stakeholder Perception Survey, 94 work for an organization that directly funds NEEA (Direct Funders), 42 work for organizations that fund NEEA indirectly (Other NW Utilities), and 109 work for organizations that do not provide funding for NEEA (Non-Utilities). This latter group (Non-Utilities) participated in this study for the first time in 2010 and includes entities such as program implementation and evaluation contractors, market partners, and regional and national non-profit and government organizations.
