Senior Codes & Standards Engineer

Portland, OR | Remote

The Senior Codes & Standards Engineer is responsible for leading and advancing appliance, equipment, and building energy codes and standards strategies that materially improve energy efficiency outcomes in the Northwest. This role independently evaluates existing and emerging technologies for applicability within current and future regulatory frameworks, applies expert technical and market judgment, and shapes proposals that influence state, regional, and national rulemaking processes.


Senior Program Coordinator

Portland, OR

The Senior Program Coordinator supports day-to-day program activities such as scheduling and preparing for team meetings, tracking deliverables in Asana, organizing team SharePoint sites, coordinating workstreams and communicating across cross-functional teams. The person will champion NEEA tools – Asana, Microsoft Office Suite including remote/hybrid Teams webinar set up, Mural, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other internal systems – and processes within their teams.


Contracts Attorney

Portland, OR

The Contracts Attorney will work directly with NEEA’s Corporate Counsel, Contracts/Legal Team, outside parties, and NEEA’s internal contract managers to support the dynamic, demanding, diverse, and high-volume contracting needs of NEEA’s internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.


Communications Manager

Portland, OR

The Communications Manager supports, develops and implements corporate, stakeholder and funder communications both internally and externally to support the organization’s business goals. The Communications Manager leads alignment among cross-functional teams on communications approaches and projects and consults with and supports management and staff in meeting their goals through strategic communications. The Communications Manager is responsible for NEEA’s external and executive communications support functions.  


Senior Market Analyst

Portland, OR

The Senior Market Analyst functions as a core analytical partner on multiple cross‑functional program teams, translating program strategy and market dynamics into quantitative forecasts, scenario analysis, and defensible estimates of program potential, risks, and outcomes. The role contributes directly to program design, market engagement, and portfolio‑level decision making by delivering timely, well documented analytical insights.
