This study characterizes some important physical features of the privately owned large office building market in the four states served by NEEA: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. SBW based the building type distribution for the territory on the Commercial Building Stock Assessment (CBSA) and the CoStar database. This study includes telephone surveys of 100 large office-building owners and managers and 75 service providers in order to gauge their attitudes and behavior in relation to energy efficiency.
