The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) and Nicor Gas contracted with Cadeo Group to conduct energy modeling analysis of efficient rooftop units (RTU). This report describes the energy modeling analysis Cadeo performed to support the development of an efficient RTU initiative on behalf of NEEA and Nicor. Cadeo applied five different energy efficiency measures to a packaged gas-fired RTU for analysis. The results were measured individually and combined into tiers to understand any interactive effects that might diminish or increase energy impacts.
