The ENERGY STAR® Consumer Products project is designed to increase the market share of energy efficient lighting products and appliances in the region. The 2004—2006 project specifically focused on compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) and ultra-high efficiency (UHE) clothes washers. This report is the final evaluation of the project’s accomplishments during that period. The project has four goals related to lighting and two related to clothes washers and has established one or more market indicators that track progress towards each goal.
