This report is from the latest Residential Building Stock Assessment (RBSA) following the previous study in 2011 – 2012. Collected over the course of 2016 – 2017, this report focuses on characteristics of a representative sample of multifamily homes across the Northwest region. Whenever possible, data was collected in a similar manner as the 2011 – 2012 assessment to ensure continuity and comparability between the studies.
