The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (the Alliance) is a non-profit group of electric utilities, state governments, public interest groups and industry representatives committed to bringing affordable, energy-efficient products and services to the marketplace. In June 1997, the Alliance initiated the Super GOOD CENTS Manufactured Housing Venture (SGC Venture), a market transformation program based on continuing the technical approach developed by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and other utilities in the region.
