Request for Proposals: Luminaire Level Lighting Control Program Marketing Activities - The LLLC program’s Market Transformation efforts are designed to overcome barriers to the adoption of LLLC in the commercial and industrial lighting market so that the majority of lighting products come with embedded sensors and controls as the default option. NEEA has identified the need for marketing services to increase decision-maker acceptance of the LLLC value proposition and influence leading lighting designers, engineers, and installers to include LLLC in their business practices. Request for Proposals: Connected Consumer Products Market Research - NEEA’s Retail Product Portfolio (RPP) Program team is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to conduct research on consumers’ use of, understanding of, and attitudes toward connected consumer products to inform the team’s strategy around retailer and manufacturer engagement as well as involvement in ENERGY STAR® specification, state and federal standard, and test procedure development and update processes.
