Request for Proposals: Advanced Heat Pumps - NEEA encourages respondents to bid and provide proven and creative solutions. All correspondence should be directed to Kaelin Oppedal, Program Coordinator (koppedal@neea.org). Intent to respond forms and bidder questions for clarification are due February 21, 2024, and proposals are due March 13, 2024.


Request for Proposals: Luminaire Level Lighting Control Program Marketing Activities
 - The LLLC program’s Market Transformation efforts are designed to overcome barriers to the adoption of LLLC in the commercial and industrial lighting market so that the majority of lighting products come with embedded sensors and controls as the default option. NEEA has identified the need for marketing services to increase decision-maker acceptance of the LLLC value proposition and influence leading lighting designers, engineers, and installers to include LLLC in their business practices. The selected contractor for this Marketing Services RFP is expected to collaborate closely with NEEA staff and the implementation contractor, as the program objectives will require effort from all parties and seamless coordination on planned activities. All correspondence regarding LLLC Implementation should be directed to Alexa Hujik, Program Marketing Coordinator (AHujik@neea.org). Intent to respond forms and bidder questions for clarification are due February 28, 2024. Proposals are due March 18, 2024.

Request for Proposal: Luminaire Level Lighting Control Program Implementation
 - NEEA is seeking qualified contractors or team of contractors to provide implementation services for NEEA’s Luminaire Level Lighting Control program. The LLLC program’s Market Transformation efforts are designed to overcome barriers to the adoption of LLLC in the commercial and industrial lighting market so that the majority of lighting products come with embedded sensors and controls as the default option. The selected contractor for this Implementation Services RFP is expected to collaborate closely with NEEA staff and the marketing contractor, as the program objectives will require effort from all parties and seamless coordination on planned activities. All correspondence regarding LLLC Implementation should be directed to Jesse Largent, Program Coordinator (JLargent@neea.org). Intent to respond forms and bidder questions for clarification are due February 28, 2024. Proposals are due March 18, 2024.

    Request for Qualifications - NEEA Market Research & Evaluation: This is an open submission RFQ for which NEEA will be accepting qualification submissions on an ongoing basis through December 31, 2024. Approved vendors are eligible to remain on NEEA’s prequalified vendor list for a period of at least 2 years.
