The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance Announces 2023 Board of Director Officers

The new Board focuses on business planning for the alliance’s 2025-2029 cycle.

PORTLAND, Ore. – Jan 20, 2023 - The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) has announced the 2023 appointments to its Board of Directors.

NEEA is an alliance of utilities and partners that pools resources and shares risks to transform the market for energy efficiency to the benefit of all consumers in the Northwest. The alliance’s 20-member Board consists of representatives from the Bonneville Power Administration, consumer- and investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities, state government, and public interest and efficiency industry organizations.

Board officers for 2023 are:

  • Board Chair: Michael Colgrove, Energy Trust of Oregon
  • Vice Chair: Holly Braun, NW Natural
  • Treasurer: Suzanne Frew, Snohomish County PUD
  • Secretary: Theresa Drake, Idaho Power
  • At-Large Member: Jamae Hilliard Creecy, Bonneville Power Administration

This year NEEA’s Board of Directors will be focused on shaping the strategic direction of the alliance as they develop the 2025-2029 business plan. The Board’s expertise will provide critical insights into the alliance’s future collaborations and the continuing role of energy efficiency as a vital, affordable resource for the region.

NEEA has scheduled 2023 Board meetings on the following dates:

  • March 13-14, 2023 (Seattle, Washington)
  • June 13-14, 2023 (Montana)
  • September 11-12, 2023 (Spokane, Washington)
  • December 4-5, 2023 (Portland, Oregon)

NEEA's Board meetings are open to the public. In addition to its quarterly meetings, the Board will be holding a series of workshops to set the future direction of the alliance and finalize the 2025-2029 Business and Strategic Plans by the end of 2023.
