MagnaDrive Adjustable Speed Drive Status Report

MagnaDrive Corporation is located in Bellevue, Washington, and develops and commercializes patented torque transfer technology with applications in industry, public works, transportation, and consumer products domestically and internationally. The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (the Alliance) and MagnaDrive formed a public/private partnership to help commercialize the MagnaDrive adjustable speed drive (ASD), an innovative speed-control device that transmits torque through an air gap by using powerful permanent magnets.
