This is the eighth Market Progress Evaluation Report (MPER) on the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (NEEA’s) Industrial Initiative (the Initiative) with specific focus on its energy management efforts in the food processing sector. The goal of the Initiative and related industrial efforts is to transform the market for industrial energy management services and to promote a specific approach known as Strategic Energy Management (SEM) as a standard practice.
