Next Step Home Builder Focus Groups

On behalf of Northwest utilities, the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) launched its Next Step Home (NSH) pilot program to advance the adoption of energy-efficient building practices and technologies in residential new construction of single-family homes. NEEA is working with builders throughout the region to build to a higher performance level to evaluate costs, challenges, building techniques, and home performance.
