Q1 2026 RPAC Meeting Notes

In the Q1 2026 Regional Portfolio Advisory Committee (RPAC), NEEA staff reviewed 2025 market progress, 2026 portfolio focus areas, and discussed key program topics including the Hot Water Innovation Prize, heat pump water heater (HPWH) marketing results and upcoming plans, and a refresher / vote preparation for the Efficient Fans program. Committee members provided quarterly organizational and programmatic updates. Informational updates in the packet included the Northwest Online Marketplace (Enervee) pilot, a name change for the High‑Performance HVAC program, the Residential New Construction New Homes Protocol, a Heat Pump Water Heater Work Group update, and Q4/Q1 updates on other electric-focused NEEA committees.
