Utility Distribution System Efficiency Initiative (Phase I) Final Market Progress and Evaluation Report

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is currently funding the first of three phases of the Utility Distribution System Efficiency Initiative, a multiyear project aimed at demonstrating the potential to improve electric distribution system efficiency in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) through voltage regulation. This market transformation project proposes to achieve significant energy savings through utility system distribution efficiency improvements including conservation voltage regulation (CVR).
