This document serves to provide instructions for data users on how to prepare the data tables and summary data tables for analysis. It provides background information on what questions the Study was and was not designed to answer. The user guide also includes instructions and code snippets1 in both R and Python for applying weights, joining tables, and quantifying uncertainty, as well as an entity relationship diagram and general information regarding quantifying uncertainty.
