The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance Announces 2026 Board of Director Officers  

PORTLAND, Ore. – Jan 21, 2026 – The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) has announced the 2026 appointments to its Board of Directors.

NEEA is an alliance of utilities and partners that pools resources and shares risks to transform the market for energy efficiency to the benefit of all consumers in the Northwest. The alliance’s Board consists of representatives from the Bonneville Power Administration, consumer- and investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities, state government, and public interest and efficiency industry organizations.

Board officers for 2026 are:

  • Chair: Gilbert Archuleta, Puget Sound Energy
  • Vice Chair: Joe Fernandi, Seattle City Light
  • Secretary: Nicole Hydzik, Avista Utilities
  • Treasurer: Kyle Roadman, Emerald People’s Utility District

NEEA has scheduled 2026 Board meetings on the following dates:

  • Mar 12-13 – Wenatchee, Wash.
  • June 22-23 – Helena, Mont.
  • Sept 14-15 – Spokane, Wash.
  • Dec 3-4 – Portland, Ore.
