The Q1 2026 Natural Gas Advisory Committee (NGAC) meeting will feature a high-level reminder of portfolio focus areas, a review and confirmation of the existing dual-fuel work group charter and scope, an introduction to an emerging opportunity to combine the benefits of Luminaire Level Lighting Controls + HVAC for improved building efficiency, and a commercial water heat modeling overview.

In addition to these one-off topics, NEEA staff will highlight various organizational updates and upcoming events, as well as review recent program and portfolio progress. This includes highlights from Q4 for gas and dual-fuel program efforts, scanning / emerging tech updates, and developments in codes, standards, and new construction. Committee members will also share highlights from their own organizations and programs during the round robin.
