It’s an exciting time for the NEEA Market Research and Evaluation (MRE) team. In December, Senior MRE Scientist Anu Teja reached her 20-year anniversary with NEEA. In addition, new MRE Scientist, Dr. Nithya Bengali joined the team in early January. Nithya is a research and evaluation scientist with a background in mixed-methods research and program evaluation. Before joining NEEA, she led qualitative and mixed-method evaluations in healthcare and public health, translating data into actionable insights that support system-level change. Nithya will serve as the MRE lead for NEEA’s Advanced Heat Pump program and residential codes work.
