During the Q1 2026 hybrid RCC meeting, Day 1 (March 17) will focus on highlights from the Market Progress Evaluation Report (MPER) #8 from the Heat Pump Water Heater Program Managers and the Market Research Evaluation Scientist, followed by a regional roundtable discussion featuring organizational and program updates.

On Day 2 (March 18), committee members will engage in discussion around the efforts to address the impact of electric resistance used to supplement heat pumps capacity as part of the Advanced Heat Pumps regional priority topic, preview of the planned topic for the Q2 RCC meeting and get an update on the NW Online Marketplace (Enervee) pilot.
