The Q3 2026 Regional Portfolio Advisory Committee (RPAC) meeting will feature a milestone vote on the Efficient Fans Program, including a review of Program Advancement, funder feedback, and proposed advancement to the Market Development phase. The agenda also includes a review of results from the 2026 Heat Pump Water Heater Level Up campaign, with a focus on consumer engagement across states, urban and rural markets, and English- and Spanish-language audiences.

In addition to these focused topics, Committee members and NEEA staff will share organizational updates, current challenges, lessons learned, policy developments, planning activities, and relevant tools and materials during the Committee Round Robin. NEEA staff will also provide housekeeping and forward-looking updates, including Tier 2 memos, the 2027 Operations Planning process, upcoming webinars and surveys, proposed 2027 RPAC meeting dates, remaining 2026 NEEA meetings, and industry events.
