Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes Program: Eighth Market Progress Evaluation Report

This is the eighth Market Progress Evaluation Report (MPER) of the Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes program. This report presents evaluation findings based on telephone surveys of regional builders, realtors and homebuyers and program home verifiers, and in-depth interviews with Northwest utilities that support the program. The report also includes current data on the new home market in the Northwest.
