ENERGY STAR Windows Program, Report No. 3

This is the second Market Progress Evaluation Report on the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s ENERGY STAR® Residential Windows Program (Program). The Program tries to increase market share of residential high-efficiency windows by working in partnership with market actors including window product manufacturers, wholesaler/distributors, retail suppliers, the manufactured home industry, and builders.
