The Q3 RPAC meeting was held virtually. Key topics included:

• 2026 portfolio focus areas and the anticipated 2026 draft operations plan
• A Market Transformation highlight/feature on Commercial High-Performance HVAC
• A detailed updated on NEEA’s exploration of a regional online marketplace
• And ultimately, elections cast by utility RPAC members on the proposed “Level Up” Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) marketing campaign for 2025, aimed at boosting consumer awareness and consideration.

The RPAC Round Robin invited committee members to share major changes, challenges and utility activities relevant to NEEA’s work. The meeting concluded with a review of key upcoming meetings and events.
