About Efficiency Exchange
Efficiency Exchange (EFX) is the premier networking and learning conference for energy efficiency professionals from across the Northwest. Over 500 regional and national attendees from public and private utilities, consulting and research firms, and government and non-profit organizations come together to learn and connect to help the region more effectively achieve its energy efficiency goals. EFX is brought to you by NEEA, with support from the Northwest Power and Conservation Council and all our 2026 sponsors.
EFX26 will be held at the Boise Centre May 5–6 with optional pre-conference events and activities on Monday, May 4 starting at 1pm.

EFX26 Keynote Speakers

Lisa Grow, President and CEO, Idaho Power and IDACORP
Lisa Grow, President and Chief Executive Officer of IDACORP and Idaho Power, will kickoff the conference as the day one keynote.
Grow’s 38-year career with Idaho Power began in 1987, shortly after she graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. Throughout her career, Grow has taken on diverse and challenging roles that increased her knowledge and expertise in the utility industry.

Steve Brown, AI Futurist, Entrepreneur and Author
Steve Brown is an AI futurist, entrepreneur, and author who helps Fortune 100 companies build AI‑first organizations.
A former senior leader at Google DeepMind and Intel and a BCG Luminary, he translates complex technology into clear actions for executives. He is the author of The AI Ultimatum and lives in Portland, Oregon.
