Long-Term Monitoring and Tracking Distribution Efficiency

This report documents Navigant Consulting, Inc.’s (Navigant’s) research into the current status of distribution efficiency (DE) in the Pacific Northwest (PNW). It provides a market characterization of the breadth and depth of DE activity based on a sample of utilities within the PNW and an assessment of the applicability of tools available to utilities in assessing the cost/benefit of implementing DE measures.
