This document constitutes the final market progress evaluation report (MPER) of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (NEEA) 2005-2009 BetterBricks Initiative. In December 2009, as part of NEEA’s continuous improvement commitment, NEEA launched a redesign of its commercial sector initiative. NEEA plans to launch the redesigned initiative in 2011.
