On October 21, 2024, staff from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), study implementer Westat and on-site data collection leads Michaels Energy presented information on the Commercial Building Stock Assessment (CBSA) recruitment efforts and data collection, which includes the web survey, billing data, and site visits.
Every five years NEEA conducts the CBSA on behalf of the region. The CBSA catalogues characteristics and equipment impacting energy use in commercial buildings in support of Northwest resource and energy efficiency planning.
