This data is from the 4th Commercial Building Stock Assessment (CBSA 4) conducted in 2017-19. It includes a representative sample of commercial buildings gathered across the Northwest region. Whenever feasible, data was collected in a similar manner as the previous assessment to ensure continuity and comparability between the studies.
