The Commercial Building Stock Assessment (CBSA) collects, analyzes, and publishes information on the energy use and characteristics of commercial buildings and their installed equipment in the Northwest. This information is used to advance strategies for a more efficient and resilient energy system in the Northwest by NEEA, its funders, and other regional stakeholders. It supports market transformation and energy efficiency programs, energy resource forecasting and planning, utility conservation potential assessments, and utility integrated resource plans.
