The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is seeking qualified contractor(s) or team of contractors to conduct the Motor System Stock Assessment (MSSA). The data and final reports generated from this study will be posted publicly on neea.org, and will be used for a diverse set of analytical needs that include:
This Request for Proposals is split into two focus areas: 1) Study Design and Implementation and 2) Field Data Collection. Firms or teams of firms may bid on one or both focus areas, and NEEA will award each focus area separately. NEEA will determine the awardees and the appropriate contractual structure in its sole discretion. If each focus area is awarded to a different firm, the two firms will be expected to work closely together to ensure the success of the study.
NEEA encourages proposals from all firms that have experience with motor-driven systems in the industrial sector and implementing large studies with complex survey designs.
Intent to Respond forms (optional) and bidder questions are due no later than Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Each can be submitted separately. Please direct all communications to Ben Spearing (bspearing@neea.org).
All proposals must be received by Monday, June 9, 2025 (11:59PM PDT).
