NEEA seeks an evaluator who can develop a nuanced understanding of market transformation, thoroughly review secondary data resources, and collect primary data (most likely through web-scraping and conducting a small number of interviews) to thoroughly and thoughtfully address research objectives in this third Market Progress Evaluation Report for the Retail Product Portfolio Program. Useful experience to highlight in proposals includes previous work in related fields, familiarity with ENERGY STAR®, home appliance specifications, and market share calculations.
