Today Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) released its Quarterly Performance Report for the third quarter of 2014. The report details NEEA’s Q3 budget and savings forecast, and highlights market transformation results. With support from Northwest utilities and energy efficiency organizations, NEEA scans the market for energy-efficient technologies, services and practices and works to create market conditions to accelerate and sustain their adoption.
