This is the fifth Market Progress Evaluation Report (MPER) on the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (NEEA’s) Industrial Initiative (Initiative) with specific focus on its energy management efforts known as Continuous Energy Improvement (CEI). The conclusions and recommendations presented in this report are based on evaluation data collected from site visits, interviews with industrial end users, and market partners.
