Each state in the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (Alliance) territory has a Local Government Association (LGA) that provides information and works on issues of interest to its member governments. The LGAs’ strong, long-term relationships with their members puts them in a unique position to influence attitudes and actions regarding energy efficiency.
