The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) seeks to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide services to support NEEA’s Retail Product Portfolio (RPP) program and to help NEEA facilitate the national ENERGY STAR Retail Products Platform (ESRPP) activities. The selected contractor will work with the NEEA as a strategic partner to complete the following:
- Ensure processes are maintained to facilitate key activities: annual product portfolio determination, program tier setting, monthly stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate periodic updates to processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support advancement of market transformation objectives through:
- Program data analysis and recommendations.
- Application of market research, technical data, and market knowledge.
- Recommendations on RPP program goals.
- Relationship building among program sponsors.
