The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is a data-driven organization that requires high-quality technical report writing. This document provides guidance to authors submitting all types of documents to NEEA, with special emphasis on market research and evaluation reports that are ultimately posted to NEEA's website.
